Group enquiries

We use your enquiry details to contact you and prepare a proposal. We securely store your enquiry even if an email cannot be delivered. Only authorised staff have access. Please avoid medical or other sensitive information in the notes; call us to discuss special requirements.

Reservations

Choosing Reserve loads the Zenchef booking widget. Zenchef processes booking information. Its privacy information is available within the widget.

Statistics and choices

Only with your consent do we count page visits and actions. These counts contain no name, email, IP address or visitor ID. Your browser stores your privacy choice. You can change it using Privacy settings.

Access or deletion

To view, correct or request deletion of your enquiry, email us with your reference. We retain information as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations.

External services

We use Sites for hosting and storage, Adobe Fonts for the brand typeface and Zenchef for reservations. Google Maps, Instagram and the hotel website open only when you choose their links. Once email delivery is activated, messages are sent through the configured email service.
